INTERNATIONAL DEMAND CREATES NEW MANUFACTURING OPPORTUNITY

Stoett Industries, Inc., a privately held US owned retractable systems manufacturer, announced today that the Company signed an exclusive licensing and manufacturing agreement with a Canadian Corporation, Libart Enclosures Inc. maker of retractable enclosure systems.

Stoett’s new licensing agreement is for both the manufacturing and marketing of the Libart Retractable Systems in United States and Canada. Operations Manager, Chris Stover, stated: “We are excited to be expanding our product offerings with the Libart Enclosure System, especially during this current economic climate”.

Stoett personnel were at Libart’s international manufacturing facility in Istanbul, Turkey transferring the technology to facilitate the manufacturing of the Libart systems in Defiance OH. Stover added, “We are pleased to be partnering with a company like Libart who is the premier designer in their industry with the largest product offerings and options available.”

Stoett will be adding the Libart product lines to select Stoett dealers across North America as well as expanding upon the established reseller and dealer program Libart already has. Stoett Industries continues to maintain its current retractable screen offerings through its diverse Dealer Network across North America. Stover adds, “We feel the Libart Retractable Systems are a great complement to both our manufacturing ability as well as our product offerings for our Dealer Network.
